By registering with us you Agree the following rules :

- The most important rule is....use common sense! Even when there are no clear rules about certain behavior, you should always remind yourself that other players are normal human beings behind their screen, just like you. You don't have to be nice to people you don't like, but you also shouldn't constantly ruin other peoples playing experience...just because you can. On the other hand, we are not babysitters who will come running whenever you have an "issue" with another player.

- If you are annoyed by other players behavior you are free to report it to us admins. This does not obligate us to take actions against the reported player. WE review situations as decide IF and WHAT we do about it. We understand that you are stressed out when having an argument with another player, but don't you dare to tell us what to do or even threaten us to take against against other players. If you try to MAKE us take actions against other players, we will take actions....against you!

- This counts for all other broken rules aswell. WE are the ones who decide if and how we enforcing the rules for those who break them. You are not entitled to in depth information about reported cases from us. We do not owe you any explanation on what or why we decide on those cases. We will judge every case individually and will not judge 'only' depending on which category this offense is listed under.

- The Requiem KalOnline Team is not responsible for losing your secrect number, password or ID.

- Trading accounts or items for other servers or games is not allowed and will get you punished.

- Attempting to sell or buy accounts or items for real money (eBay, PayPal, ...) is not allowed and you will face consequences.

- Sharing accounts or items is OWN RISK. We will never restore items when we find out you gave away your ID/PW or used the same ID/PW info on another server.

- If your character is shared and is found "empty", we will not restore items. Sharing is a risk you take so only share with somebody you know well.

- If your character is shared and is found "empty", the players on which the items are now, will not be blocked. If you won't bother keeping the account for yourself, we won't bother spending time finding who took your stuff and block him.

- If you get scammed while trading items/accounts for another server, we will not restore the account/items because we cannot verify if the transaction occured on the other server or not.

- Keeping drops in party cannot be considered scamming. Don't party players that you don't know, and if you do, make a drop rule like finders-keepers.

- Insulting is not the way to play a game. If you are found excessively insulting (the GM in question may decide whether the insults were excessive or not), you risk getting a number of warnings.

- When you have too much warnings, your account might end up being blocked for several hours. When the insults are way over the top (please keep in mind that different cultures have different types of regular insults they use, which might seem way more harsh for other cultures), we can decide to block your account for whatever time feels appropriate.

- Insulting or defamation of a GM or the server in general will immediately get you blocked for the amount of days the GM in question feels appropriate.

- KS is a type of play, but it should be within limits. So, if it starts killing the fun within the game, it will require us to intervene immediately and make the decision that we see fit for the situation.

- Insulting families and mentioning different religions or cultures in a derogatory manner is completely unacceptable and will result in a ban as punishment.

- Advertising other servers, in any way, is forbidden!

- Don't assassin during Castle War.

- Don't attack the GameMasters.

- Rebirth items will be disabled during castle war.

- Donations for virtual items are 100% voluntary. These are "digital goods" and are received in real-time in game. Donations are considered a gift. This game server is FREE for all to play. We have a strict no refund policy so please consider this when you decide you would like to donate.

- Opening a dispute or claim with PayPal will result in an instant permanent ban of your account, whatever the outcome of the dispute/claim is, even if it’s in your favor.

- We will provide full logs of the donation, your account information and the way you spent the donation rewards in our game to PayPal. In the past, we have won all claims by providing this kind of evidence to PayPal.
